Josh Brown

Hi, I used to be a nerdy pre-med student who loved studying all things related to biochemistry, human anatomy, and exercise/nutrition science. During that time, I got myself to the advanced level of natural bodybuilding while juggling school, work, and my relationship with who is now my amazing wife.

4 years ago, I was in the process of moving to Florida for med-school, but there was a change of plans.

The summer prior to moving, I had started an online fitness business to help men get in better shape as a side hustle of mine... but that side hustle eventually turned into a full blown career change.

I ended up having way more guys reach out to me for my help than I thought I would. After realizing that I am capable of getting men into fantastic shape, I officially started MISSION FIT LLC.

Since then, I have continued to grow MISSION FIT while developing my own methods to make it easier for guys of all ages to get in the best shape of their lives... and I can truly say that this is what I love to do!

A few of my secrets include:

-Maximizing gym results while spending little time working out

-Improving one's metabolism to get faster results that last longer

-And much more...

I believe that my mission is to help as many men as possible become the best versions of themselves so they can boost their confidence, boost their energy, live longer, and be the husbands and fathers that their family deserves.

I teach people what I know from my many years of experience and education so that they can do this on their own for the rest of their lives and not rely on paying for a trainer or a program forever.
